We appreciate what the community gave us, and intent to pay back. The company is a member of the community, living together with all members, sharing overall resources and environmental costs. Therefore, based on the concept of taking from society and applying to society, the company invests resources and seeks solutions to respond to the issues concerned by stakeholders; continuously improves the manufacturing process, saves energy, and reduces emissions. Minimize damage to the natural environment; for vulnerable groups in the community, we will also do our best to provide resources to take care of their life needs.
It is hoped that through the company's payback to the society, it will be able to motivate other members to contribute their efforts, maintain a clean environment, and create a better future.

-MSCI (Morgan Stanley Capital International) ESG Rating: BB
-Zero violations related to integrity management and no anti-competitive behavior reported.
-No incidents of trust or monopoly-related legal violations.
-Taiwan Corporate Governance Evaluation ranking improved to the 21%–35% percentile range.
-Group ESG Report: Since 2023, the Company has annually obtained third-party assurance in accordance with ISAE 3000 standards.
-Independent directors accounted for 57% of the Board, exceeding half of total members.
-Enhanced climate governance and strengthened oversight on environmental performance.
-Information security protection achieved an “A” grade rating by Security Scorecard.
-Yantai Honghuasheng obtained SEDEX-SMETA Supplier Ethical Data Exchange certification in collaboration with institutional partners.
-Strengthened supplier audit management to ensure ethical and sustainable sourcing practices.
-Starting from 2024, the employee satisfaction survey achieved a response rate of 85.85% with an average satisfaction score of 78.75%.
-Zero severe occupational injury incidents recorded during the year.
-The Group's total waste recycling rate reached 81.04%.
-The Group's renewable energy usage rate increased to 3.92% in 2024, up from 0.06% in the 2022 baseline year.
-The Group's total carbon emissions decreased by 14,451.189 tCO₂e compared to the 2022 baseline year.
-Both Taiwan and Mainland China subsidiaries obtained 2024 GHG Inventory Verification Certificates.
-Yantai Honghuasheng received the UL 2799 Platinum Zero Waste to Landfill certification.
-Jiangxi Xinhaiyang obtained the Global Recycled Standard (GRS) certification in 2024.
-Wuhu Ruichang achieved a water conservation rate of approximately 24.85% compared to the previous year’s water consumption.

- 2023 ESG

-Pan-International Group: Sustainability Report Attained ISAE 3000 Assurance for the year 2023.
-Pan-International Group: No significant violations in governance 0.
-Dongguan Pan-International: The plant’s annual solar utilization rate reached 16.56%.
-Honghuasheng, Yantai: Jointly obtained UL2799 Platinum Certification Zero Waste to Landfill certificate with the legal entities.
-Honghuasheng, Yantai: Obtained ISO 14064-1 organizational greenhouse gas emission verification annually since 2022.
-New Ocean Precision Component, Jiangxi: The plant's annual water saving amount reached 33.84%.
-Pan-International Group: Annual carbon emission intensity decreased by 3.66%.
-Honghuasheng, Yantai and legal entities jointly obtained SEDEX-SMETA Suppliers Ethical Data Exchange accreditation.

- 2022 ESG

-The Pan group's 2022 sustainability report received: the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA).
-The Pan group established a group to promote GHG & TCFD
-Import TCFD climate-related financial disclosures
-The Pan group's GHG schedule planning is submitted to the board of directors for quarterly control
-The parent company Complete GHG inventory in 2022
